American Legion District 3 Commander Josh Bowers, American Legion Post 163 and VFW Post 3327 Chaplain Arlie Brown, and VFW District 8 Commander Ed Allert worked together to put out flags during Memorial Day weekend.
Together, over 500 flags were placed in Alturas, CA to honor veterans who have lost their lives.
