“No touchy” refers to the national policy of The American Legion that nothing can touch our emblems. Putting a white border abound the emblem graphics is an acceptable way to ensure nothing touches the emblem graphics. The emblem below are png graphics with a transparent background and have a 2 px white border in compliance with national policy.
