On December 13, despite a major storm, National Commander Paul Dillard stopped for lunch at the historic Napa Post 113. The dignitaries present included Napa Mayor Scott Sedgley and Councilmember Bernie Narvaez, Department Adjutant Barbara Lombrano, National Executive Committeeman Mark Foxworthy, Vice-Commander for Area 1 Lionel Williams, District 5 Vice-Commander E. Paul Ball, and Post 113 Commander Robin Mueller. Past District 5 Commander Robert Mattson served as the Master of Ceremonies.
