SBA Loan Programs: What Nonprofits Need to Know

The 2.2 Trillion dollar Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) recently signed into law, has a provision called the SBA Paycheck Protection Program.

The Paycheck Protection Program is a $350 billion dollar lending program. They are federal loans administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

These SBA loans may help American Legion Posts and other veteran owned businesses keep their workforce employed during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
