September is Suicide Prevention Month, a national effort dedicated to raising suicide prevention awareness. VA encourages everyone to act, to start a conversation, or simply share resources and support available for at risk Veterans and individuals.

Did you know suicide is preventable? Are you interested in learning what you can do for a Veteran, or individual going through a rough experience? Were you aware that VA offers resources that can help you provide hope and support?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please join VA Central California next Thursday, September 10, 2020 to take part in a virtual S.A.V.E Training, presented by Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Lead Suicide Prevention Coordinator Jerry Silva. S.A.V.E. Training provides necessary tools and resources you can use to help someone in need.

RSVP to Jenniffer.Jeannette@va.gov with your desired session time, 10 a.m., or 2 p.m., to receive access/dial-in information. This is a VA Voluntary Service sponsored event.
