Recently, Warlito Moises of Vallejo, left, a decorated Vietnam War US Navy SeaBee Veteran and past American Legion Manuel L. Quezon Post 603 commander, was presented with a Fifth District, Department of California, American Legion Plaque of Appreciation by 2023-24 5th District Commander Ted Mar of Suisun. Moises raised over $11,700 for the victims of the Lahaina Maui Hawaii disaster.
