For Department to develop a quorum and to accurately determine voting strength for each District, every legal delegate needs to actively login (online or by phone) once a day during Convention. In order to be a stated legal delegate, the delegate’s post has to be in compliant with Department’s Bylaws. Review the following documents and requirements prior to the first day of Convention:

Please view the Administrative Compliance Report for owed account balances and/or if the post is currently on probation for any of the following forms:
- Administrative Compliance Report
- Certificate of Financial Audit (2019-2020)
- Post Data Form
- Certification of Post Officers
- Certification of Post Convention Delegates
- Consolidated Post Report (pdf)

- Download and fill in the pdf. Right click here and “save link as…”
- (make sure to open the pdf in Adobe Acrobat, not in your web browser) then email the CPR to elaine@caLegion.org.
- Please turn in remaining post forms by Saturday, June 26, at 10 a.m. Please mail checks or money orders by end of business Friday, June 18. Please call Department if you have any questions or need assistance at (559) 875-8387.

Registration packets were mailed to Districts and Posts in April. Please mail registrations to Department, not National. Pre-registration is mandatory for National’s Convention.
National will release agenda and more information in August.
