For Department to develop a quorum and to accurately determine voting strength for each District, every legal delegate needs to actively login (online or by phone) once a day during Convention. In order to be a stated legal delegate, the delegate's post has to be in compliant with Department's Bylaws. Review the following documents and requirements prior to the first day of Convention:

Registration packets were mailed to Districts and Posts in April. Please mail registrations to Department, not National. Pre-registration is mandatory for National's Convention.
