The American Legion Department of California’s 103rd annual convention will be held at the Visalia Convention Center, 303 E. Acequia Ave. in Visalia, from June 23-26.

Again we experience an unsatisfactory Convention.
A. The Legion meets on one side of Visalia in the Lampliter Inn to meet in the Convention Center.
B. The Auxiliary meets in the Hampton Hotel far away.
In future my wife and I will flip a coin to see which of us will attend the convention if again the Legion and Auxiliary are split up.
The “divided Convention” is simply wasteful and onerous.
Poor planning!!!!!!!
