Submitted bylaws pending approval by the Constitution and Bylaws Commission are not included. They will be added after they are approved for entry into the Department Record.

Resolutions passed during the 2022 Department of California Convention require posts and districts to update or rewrite their bylaws every 7 years or less and submit them to the Constitution and Bylaws Commission for review. All Amendments and new Bylaws must be in compliance with the California and National Constitution and Bylaws.
