Redwood City American Legion Post 105 member William Jackson Jr was recognized by Rep. Ro Khana, U.S. 17th Congressional District as a Vietnam Veteran. Mr Jackson has been an active member in Post 105, holding many key positions on the Executive Board. Besides being on the Board, Mr Jackson is also the President of the Post 105 Charitable Foundation, supporting many community organizations through the years. In May 2015 President Barack Obama, cited Mr. Jackson with over 4,000 hours of volunteer Service as a member of Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)
His participation is not limited to the American Legion, he’s also a member of Redwood City Sunrise Lions Club.
