District Commanders, District 1st Vice Commanders, and Area 4 Commissioners are expected to participate and be prepared to give a BRIEF verbal report in the interest of time as well as submit a written report to Adjutant Rideaux, aide_deptcmdr@att.net in advance, whether or not you are able to participate.
