How do you Legion? Well here is a picture of  Legionnaire Mark Rice caught in the act!  Mark Rice is a member of Post 383 in Fair Oaks who served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War era. We found these pictures and Mark’s explanation of what he has been doing as he Legion’s on:

“Just spent four days at the American Legion Department of California Headquarters in Sanger, CA, working on the Constitution and Bylaws files for all the Posts and Districts in the state… only about 465 or so files… easy-peasy…..”

Mark serves as Chair of the Constitution and Bylaws Commission. When you visit the Legion Resources page of our website (https://calegion.org/resources/legion-resources/) there are a number of resource documents posted there to help local posts and districts keep their constitution and bylaws up to date with changes made to the Department bylaws during the 2019 convention. These documents are the good work of the Constitution and Bylaws Commission. Thank you!

When asked, “How does Mark Rice Legion?”, many would say he Legions very well. We agree.
