SHIPPING – RETURNS – REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope your are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full store credit.  Please see below for more information on our Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING
Products are shipped within five (5) working days from purchase.  Services are started within three (3) working days from purchase.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked with thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at returns@calegion.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail you return

REFUNDS
All sales and contributions are final and there are no monetary refunds.  We do offer a store credit which is available in the case of a product shipped being damaged or defective.  If the product is in this condition, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange the return.  We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  A store credit will be emailed to you immediately after your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:

      • Artwork
      • Website Design
      • Programming Code
      • Consulting
      • Marketing Campaigns

All artwork, website design, programming code, marketing and consulting services are paid in full at the time of the signing of the contract agreement and all sales within these categories are final with no refund is available.
