Members seeking to present resolutions to the Department of California need to submit them no later than June 23 at noon pacific time. Email your resolutions to Mark Rice, chairman of the Department of California Constitution and Bylaws Commission, at motorbones53@gmail.com. Please make sure the resolutions are signed if approved at the post or district level.
