Vote for ‘Boys State’
Fans of the documentary “Boys State” can vote for the film online as part of the 14th annual Cinema Eye Honors.
“Boys State” is one of 10 documentaries nominated for the Audience Choice Award. Online voting is open through March 4. The Cinema Eye awards ceremony will take place virtually on March 9.
“Boys State” and directors/producers Amanda McBaines and Jesse Moss are also nominated for Outstanding Feature, while Jeff Gilbert was nominated for his editing of the film, which took viewers into the 2018 Texas Boys State program.
“Boys State” is also on the shortlist for Best Documentary Feature at the Academy Awards; final nominees will be announced March 15.
