COMMUNITY SERVICE: To structure, produce, and carry on the Community Service Commission betterment program for The American Legion local community in which a post is situated and represents; to identify, promote, support and encourage those programs, activities and events not undertaken by posts throughout the department, not covered by other commissions and Committees. To carry on the Community Betterment Program of The American Legion.
