California American Legion College (CALC 1-2024)

Legion College is designed for Legionnaires interested in operating a more prosperous and relevant American Legion Post within their respective communities.

DATES: April 19-21, 2024

The American Legion Yolo Post 77
523 Bush St
Woodland, CA 95695

The course begins at 8 AM on Friday, April 19.
Graduation should be completed by 1 PM on Sunday, April 21.

Applications for this course will be available on February 1, 2024. 

PREREQUISITES:
– Complete The American Legion Basic Course
  www.legion.org/alei
– Submit a resolution on a topic of your choice.
  Once your application is submitted, you will receive instructions on how to write a resolution.

Prerequisites must be completed and submitted to CALC@calegion.org by April 1, 2024. (Failure to submit requirements before 4/1/2023 will result in forfeiture of your class seat.)

The Department of California will reimburse approved participants for mileage from their home Post to Post 77, Woodland, and back, as well as $50.00 per day (3 days) per diem.
