Membership & Delegate Strength:

A few of the Outposts did exceedingly well this year. Good news! One of the Outposts placed on probation is trying to reinstate. This was not a banner year for PCC membership and I am recommending that each Outpost be authorized up to five (5) delegates to allow for a full convention. If we comply with the approved Bylaws, there won’t be many attendees.

Attached, you will find the Certification of Officers form for 2021-2022 and the Certification of Delegates form. Please return both forms to me right away. In the interest of time, you may pay the Delegates fee at the Convention.
