American Legion National Commander Paul E. Dillard visited California from Dec. 10-18.

Here are some photo highlights from his tour of the Golden State, which included visits to the Marines Memorial Club, the War Memorial Building and Cathay Post 384 in the San Francisco area; Travis Air Force Base, Yolo Post 77 and Napa Post 113; the Pebble Beach Gold Course and Salinas Post 31; Hollywood Post 43, the Proud Bird restaurant, Riviera Golf Club, and Benjamin Bowie Post 228 in Los Angeles; Heroes Hall 88, and Newport Harbor Post 291 in Orange County for lunch and its annual Christmas Boat Parade.
