Our Department of California website has received a substantial upgrade; we have created a Resource Library.

The Resource Library has links to key categories of resources to make them easier to find. Each category is linked to a web page of resources associated with the category topic. For example, clicking on the Department Forms link takes you to a web page full of department forms. Easy sneezy!

The Resource Library and the resource categories are dynamic; meaning their content will be updated as things change. An example, the Graphics & Artwork web page, now has a new link to our Department of California Logos. Our department logo is now available in low resolution (72 dpi) logos, often used in websites and emails. A folder of higher resolution (300 dpi) logos, better suited for printing. Another folder contains vector graphics of our logo.

Among the logos is a new logo in shades of gold that can be used on a white or colored background and is still easily viewed.

We hope all our Legion Family sees the Department Website as a valuable resource. Our Web Team has been working hard to keep the high standards that gained us First Place in the annual TALMA (The American Legion Media Alliance) Awards. We have recently added two new members to the Web Team, Michael Toschak, Post 105 Redwood City, and Craig Clark, Post 77 Woodland. If you would like to come play on the Department Web Team, please let us know.
