  • The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is considering changing its motto to be more inclusive of all veterans. 

Los Angeles Veterans News

  • Veterans in Median and Entertainment is hosting the second day of its fourth annual virtual Veterans in Entertainment summit with various Hollywood entertainment companies on Nov. 16, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • The National Veterans Foundation and a group of veterans filed a lawsuit on Nov. 15 against the VA on the grounds that the department is renting land primarily intended for housing homeless and at-risk veterans out to nearby Los Angeles universities at the expense of veterans.

  • In early 2023, Orange County will be hosting a Veterans and Military Family Career and Resource Fair. In addition to hosting a job fair, the event will provide resources to transitioning service members and veterans.
