California American Legion College (CALC 3-2026)

The mission of California American Legion College (CALC) is to empower American Legion Post leaders with proven management practices, compliance stewardship, collaborative partnerships, and strategic membership growth. By equipping leaders with the skills to optimize resources and elevate public awareness, we strengthen the American Legion’s mission and programs in our communities and amplify its impact.

DATES: October 16-18, 2026

LOCATION:
Redlands American Legion Post 106
814 W Colton Ave, Redlands, CA 92374

SCHEDULE:
The course begins at 8 AM on Friday, October 16.
Graduation should be completed by 1 PM on Sunday, October 18.

PREREQUISITES:
– Complete The American Legion’s online Basic Training Course
– Submit a resolution on a topic of your choice.
  Once your application is submitted, you will receive instructions on how to write a resolution.

ENROLLMENT:
Enrollment period opens on 1 August 2026 and closes on 30 September 2026

Legion Charities, Be The One/Buddy Checks, Community Engagement, Corporate Responsibility, Legislative Advocacy, Tax Exempt Status, Post Charters, Marketing/Public Relations, Parliamentary Procedures, Post Operations, Post VSO, Flag Code, Resolutions, Strategic Planning, and Trademarks
