– Certification of Post Delegates
– Certification of Post Officers
– NOTE: The Post Data Report is Due April 15.

District Report Forms:
– District Standing Committees
– District Secretary
– District Officer Certification
– District Meeting Schedule
– National Convention Delegates

Area Report Forms:
– Area Officer Certification
– Area Commissioner Recommendations
– Area Meeting Schedule

Posts failing to submit forms on time will be placed on probation until the submission has been received and verified.
