The Post Data Report form is due Wednesday, April 15.
If the form has not been submitted by this date, there is no guarantee that changes to post information will be made before the first batch of renewal notices is sent out.
Posts that do not submit on time will be placed on probation until the form has been received and verified.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUBMITTING:
★ Submissions on any form other than the one linked above will not be accepted.
We are no longer utilizing the online version of the Post Data Report. To fill out this form, please use a program that allows for fillable PDFs, or print and scan the form.
★ The total per capita is $43.50. Posts with dues lower than this amount will not be able to renew members.

I hope the form has been received in time. I sent it in last month. I’m kind of new at this, so I want to ensure everything’s done correctly as I am also listed as a delegate for the State Convention in Visalia.
