The most sincere condolences Area Five of the Department of California to the family, comrades and friends of Comrade Ball. He has the thanks and respect of our Nation and the Legion for his selfless patriotic service. The members of Area Five pray he rests in well deserved eternal peace and that we meet him again at Post Everlasting. John L. Minnella, Department Vice Commander (Area 5).

What a legacy this Legion member left behind for all to keep. He and his wife Wanda were very special to me he mentored me while I was growing as a Legion Officer. He will be missed, Wanda if you need anything please get in touch with me. All my love Connie Cope

I will miss his positive attitude and enthusiasm. However, I will miss his great smile. Beverley Bilge DsToro.

I have a photograph of an INDIANAPOLIS SURVIVOR taken at a Veteran’s Day Memorial Service in Indianapolis, In. approximately 2004. Would it be Harold Bray?
