Chip Ganassi Racing and The American Legion are promoting Netflix’s upcoming comedy film ‘Unfrosted,’ directed by Jerry Seinfeld.

Rookie Linus Lundqvist will drive a No. 8 American Legion Chip Ganassi Racing Honda during the NTT INDYCAR Series at the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach on Sunday, sporting a special ‘Unfrosted’ paint scheme and images of Seinfeld and cast members. The partnership aims to broaden the reach of Be the One, The American Legion’s goal to reduce the number of Veterans lost to suicide.

Dean Kessel, Chief Marketing Officer of The American Legion, expressed gratitude for the support of Jerry Seinfeld, the ‘Unfrosted’ team, Chip Ganassi, and others in supporting this mission. Chip Ganassi, owner of Chip Ganassi Racing, stated his enthusiasm about partnering with a brand like Netflix through their relationship with The American Legion on a fun project like ‘Unfrosted.’

The movie is set in Michigan in 1963, the year before Pop-Tarts became popular. Seinfeld, who directs, co-writes, and stars in the film, expressed gratitude to Chip Ganassi Racing for making this happen and honored to be affiliated with The American Legion and their work to support American Veterans. ‘Unfrosted’ will be available on Netflix on May 3.
