Designed in a 11″×6.5″ format, each plaque can be easily printed and framed, proudly displayed in any room.

The Military Service Plaque from Together We Served, TWS, is provided at no cost to all Veterans who served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, or U.S. Coast Guard.

Claim your plaque by clicking here.

Upon registration, personalize your plaque on the builder page by adding your service photo, medals, badges, awards, and hashmarks, which will then appear on the plaque “as worn” on your uniform. Once finished, your full-sized plaque is automatically sent as a high-resolution image file ready for printing. For any questions or assistance, TWS’s Veteran-manned help desk is available, or you can contact admin@togetherweserved.com.

Moreover, Veterans can create a complimentary Military Service Plaque for deceased family members who served. If multiple family members served, individual plaques can be created, contributing to a special military family legacy.

As Togetherweserved.com celebrates its 20th anniversary, the online community of U.S. Veterans, with 2.3 million members, continues to offer a chance for Veterans to reconnect with their comrades and preserve a record of their military service, including unlimited photographs. This ensures that their contributions to our country are known to future generations.

TWS is currently developing different versions of its Military Service Plaque and Shadow Box to cater to different applications, set to be available in 2024. These tributes embody over two decades of devoted work, gathering accurate historical military service information and employing high-quality graphics for the best presentation.
